CELA - Centre for Equitable Library Access

If you or someone you know has a visual, physical, or learning disability, the library can help you borrow accessible materials through the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA).

Available items include:

• Books, magazines, and newspapers for all ages and interest levels in audio, accessible eBook and braille formats.
• Download titles directly to computers, phones and tablets using the Dolphin EasyReader App.
• Envoy Connect audiobook players, reloadable by mail or computer, using the CELA Connect Software
• Access to Bookshare, the world's largest accessible online digital library
• Bilingual collection and service
