Individual study rooms are available for same day call in or walk in bookings (up to 2 people per room).

The Library can accommodate room bookings for groups of 2 to 200 people in one of our rentable rooms. 
A cleaning fee of $20 will be applied per booking for each of the rooms (Study rooms excluded).

Please note that submitting a request form does not complete the booking process. You will be contacted within 72 hours to either confirm your booking or to discuss an alternative date if your request cannot be filled.

Friends of the Library Community Room: 80-200 people
Located in the lower level of the Library, this room is equipped with a computer, projector, and sound system. A podium can be provided upon request.

Rental Rates

  • $50.00 per hour
  • $140.00 for a half day (4 hours)
  • $265.00 for a full day (8 hours)

We have two individual study rooms located on the Mezz. Book an individual study room for up to 2 hours at a time, on a first come, first served basis each day. Use will be limited to a maximum of 3 times a week per person.

Cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee if made more than 2 weeks in advance of the booking. No refunds for cancellations made within 13 days of the booking.
