Collect, Trade and Explore with Peterborough Public Library Trading Cards

There's a new way for kids to explore the Peterborough Public Library! To celebrate Ontario Public Library Week, October 19–25, the Library is launching Series 1 of its very own collectible trading cards, encouraging young collectors to discover everything their Library has to offer.

Featuring original illustrations by Brooklin Stormie, the cards celebrate the people, places and experiences that make the Library special.

Visit the Main Library or Miskin Law Community Centre Branch throughout the week to pick up a free starter pack. Each pack includes three cards (two common cards and one surprise rare or ultra-rare card) and a collector's brochure to track your collection.

But that's just the beginning! Collect more cards by exploring the Library, participating in activities and discovering something new. Trade with other collectors to complete your set and earn a chance to win a special prize.

Cards will be available to collect throughout the fall at both Library locations, with special rare card drops giving collectors more opportunities to find the cards they're missing.
