Individual study rooms are available for same day call in or walk in bookings (up to 2 people per room).

The Library can accommodate room bookings for groups of 2 to 200 people in one of our rentable rooms. 
A cleaning fee of $20 will be applied per booking for each of the rooms (Study rooms excluded).

Located in the lower level of the Library, this room is equipped with a computer, projector, and sound system. A podium can be provided upon request.

Rental Rates

  • $45.00 per hour
  • $135.00 for a half day (4 hours)
  • $260.00 for a full day (8 hours)

Insurance is required for this room. A quote is provided when booking.

Availability

  • Monday to Friday:  9am to 8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday:  10 am to 5pm

  • There is a $50 set up fee charged for this room. 
  • Lecture style with up to 150 chairs
  • Banquet style with up to 80 chairs

We have two individual study rooms located on the Mezz. Book an individual study room for up to 2 hours at a time, on a first come, first served basis each day. Use will be limited to a maximum of 3 times a week per person.

Cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee if made more than 2 weeks in advance of the booking. No refunds for cancellations made within 13 days of the booking.
